Membership Application

The following are the steps to become a member of Marine and Technical Superintendent Association of the Philippines Inc (MTSAP);

1. Fill up the attached form below:

2. Submit resume with picture.
3. Send the above 2 items to MTSAP secretariat. (update@mtsap.org)
4. Review and assessment of submitted information by the MTSAP Membership Committee.
5. Provide Assessment approval to the applicant.
6. Approved member to send payment of Php 1,000 for 2-year membership fee.

7. Once payment is received, MTSAP secretariat to send the assessment results and certificate of membership in soft copy.
8. Issuance of Membership ID using the submitted picture from the resume.
9. Mailing of hard copy of ID and Certificate of Membership to the member.
